ENDLESS ALICE supports up to four players in P2P multiplayer and uses Epic Online Services for connectivity and related platform features.

• Game achievements and related play records
• Cloud save data provided by the Epic platform

The data above is primarily processed by Epic Games or Epic Online Services as part of their platform features. Howling Rain Interactive Entertainment CO., LTD. does not operate its own servers for storing player accounts, game progress, or multiplayer connections.

This data may be used to provide multiplayer connectivity, player identification, achievements, game-progress sync, and other game features.

The game includes a bug-report feature. We only receive the content you include when you choose to submit a report.

We do not actively collect personal data unrelated to bug reports. Please do not include unnecessary passwords, payment details, identity documents, or other sensitive information in a report.

We currently do not use Google Analytics, Sentry, PlayFab, or other third-party analytics tools, and we do not actively collect player data for advertising or behavioral analytics.

ENDLESS ALICE may currently offer cosmetic DLC for purchase through the Epic Games Store.

Purchases, payments, and related transactions are processed by Epic Games or the relevant platform. Howling Rain Interactive Entertainment CO., LTD. does not process credit-card numbers, bank-account details, or other full payment data directly through this website.

If we add an in-game store or other paid features in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy before those features launch.
